RBT training is provided, as well as a BC(a)BA Student program. Our RBT training is provided free of charge for employees. Our RBT instructor's focus is to keep learners safe, foster communication, and make the therapy process meaningful and fun for the student.
We provide continual training to RBTs to ensure competency in ABA techniques and implementation of services. You are also encouraged to participate in activities that will improve your skills, increase your knowledge of ABA therapy, and foster the development of working relationships within the organization.
